As a Pool Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, playing a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean and pleasant environment for pool users. With your passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you’ll elevate the poolside vibe and create unforgettable guest experiences.


Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Live! Casino and Hotel Louisiana departmental policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of pool and pool deck.
  • Ensures use of facility by authorized guests and maintains pool attendance records.
  • Maintains proper linen inventory – collects linens, delivers and receives linens from laundry – issues linens to guests according to procedure.
  • Ensures cleanliness and organization of pool furniture and reports any facilities issues as needed.
  • Ensures proper guest adherence to posted rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed.
  • Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.


Must-Haves:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Previous guest facing experience preferred.
  • Physically able to maintain the organization of pool furniture and transport laundry bins.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain LACT Alcohol Certification (Responsible Vendor).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification (Training will be provided).
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods without sitting or leaning.
  • Frequent climbing, stretching, bending, and walking in outdoor conditions.
  • Tolerance for high heat, humidity, and sun exposure throughout shift.
