Job description

The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments.Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
  • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations.
  • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
