Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Agent to help us provide pleasant and memorable experiences for our guests.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you enjoy customer service and have work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready to accommodate guest needs
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Education and Experience

  • Preferred 1 year in Hotel Front Desk or other Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum of High School education, Post-High School education preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
