Job description

Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet HVMG’s cleanliness and quality standards. You’ll train, support, and inspect the work of room attendants and housepersons while coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be a leader of our hotel's housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Your daily tasks will include supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, and managing inventory and supplies.
  • You will report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
  • A career as a housekeeping supervisor can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as executive housekeeper, director of rooms, or even a general management position.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: 

  • A combination of education and experience
