Executive Housekeeper

Location: Franklin, Michigan

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:30AM 4:30PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detailoriented Lead Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of a private estate. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, proactive, and committed to upholding exceptional standards in all aspects of household care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and ironing.
  • Maintain the home to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with household organization and special cleaning projects as needed.
  • Monitor household supplies and communicate inventory needs.
  • Work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with household staff and management via text and email.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a private residence, luxury home, estate, or similar environment preferred.
  • Fluent English required, both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate professionally through text messages and email.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
  • Nonsmoker and nonvaper.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
