Job Summary

Calling all Heavy-Duty Heroes and Shop Support Stars! Trade the boring desk job for the high-energy grit and glory of our swing shift manufacturing team. As our Laborer, you aren't just a pair of hands—you are the engine room of our operation, ensuring the steel flows smoothly and our expert fabricators have everything they need to build greatness. You are the one who keeps the shop humming and the production lines clear!


This is a full-time position that comes with a fantastic, compressed Monday through Thursday (4/10) schedule, from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. We pay what you're worth, offering a competitive range of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on your experience.


Responsibilities

Your Daily Forge

  • The Shop Sentinel: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation—a true professional respects their domain and keeps the floors clear for safety, including regular sweeping and clean-up duties.
  • The Material Mover: Safely pilot forklifts, straddle-lifts, and operate overhead cranes to transport steel components and raw materials across the shop.
  • The Logistics Lead: Handle the heavy lifting by efficiently loading and unloading trucks to keep our supply chain moving at light speed.
  • The Production Partner: Provide essential support to Fitters and Welders, ensuring they have the parts, tools, and clear space required for complex assemblies.
  • The Tool Technician: Effectively operate small hand tools, grinders, and cleaning equipment to prep metal for the master craftsmen.

  • Forklift Finesse: Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial or fabrication environment.
