Live-In Direct Support Professional / Caregiver
This position is an all day/night Wednesday - Wednesday, 7 days on, 7 days off position.

If so, we need you! As a live-in direct support professional/caregiver, you can help make a difference in the lives of others! Hope is hiring for a 7 days on, 7 days off live-in caregiver. If you do not have experience, we provide paid training! We also offer amazing company benefits!

Caregiver Job Responsibilities
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in-house services to adults with range of mental capabilities. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the responsibilities include:
  • Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
  • Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
  • Providing supervision & engagement.
  • Facilitating community outings.

Caregiver Job Requirements
For this position you must:
  • Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
  • 21 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check through DSHS
  • Be available to work Wednesday-Wednesday, one week on and one week off
