Job description

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide/CNA to join our growing team.
Eagle Point Senior Living opened in 2018 and overlooks the beautiful Fox River, near downtown in the heart of Appleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Eagle Point provides stable management and a welcoming staff!
Shifts Available: PT NOC/PMs, including rotating weekends/holidays
HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience
CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
