We Are Hiring: Live-In Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide live-in care and support to a client in their home. If you are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life, we would love to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to the client.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility as needed.
  • Support the client with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other routine household needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Follow the client’s care plan and communicate important observations to the appropriate team members.
  • Promote the client’s dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Qualifications
  • Valid New Jersey HHA certification preferred/required as applicable.
  • Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
  • Experience with live-in care is a plus.
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive member of the care team.
