Live-in help refers to individuals who reside in the home of the person or family they are working for, providing assistance with daily activities such as cleaning, cooking, childcare, eldercare, or other household tasks. They may also be called live-in caregivers, housekeepers, or nannies, depending on their primary duties. In exchange for their services, live-in help typically receives room and board in addition to a salary or stipend. This arrangement allows for more flexible and consistent support for households with ongoing needs.

We’re looking for a service-driven bartender who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of a team that keeps the show and beverage service running smoothly.
Position Summary

The Service Bartender supports the bar and floor team by preparing drinks quickly, consistently, and accurately for servers. Unlike a guest-oriented bartender, this role focuses on speed, organization, and coordination to help ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the venue.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for servers according to venue recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout shifts.
  • Manage incoming drink tickets efficiently to ensure quick turnaround times in a high-volume setting.
  • Perform opening and closing duties including restocking, cleaning, and setup/breakdown of the bar.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or restock needs to the Bar Manager.
  • Adhere to all responsible alcohol service laws, venue policies, and safety guidelines.
  • Support fellow bar and server team members during high-volume periods as needed.
  • Assist with batch prep, bar turn-over in between shows, and replenishing bar supplies.
  • Provide consistent quality control and ensure all beverages meet presentation and recipe standards.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude in a fast-paced, music-driven environment.
Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or high-volume service bar experience preferred (music venue or nightclub experience a plus).
  • Strong ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Solid working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and bar equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain any required local alcohol-service certifications.
What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Opportunities for growth within a well-established venue.
  • A fun, energetic atmosphere surrounded by live music and creative people.
  • Employee perks such as show tickets or drink/food discounts.
