  • Maintain daily labor/timesheets
  • Conduct semi-annual evaluations of Vinyl Staff. Propose raise recommendation to Assistant General Manager
  • Hold departmental staff meetings to keep everyone informed of the departments problems/progress
  • Oversee all schedules within Vinyl Rooms
  • Conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner
  • Follow up/follow through of subordinates in reaching goals (continual coaching and counseling)
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels - hiring, terminations, maintain disciplinary documentation; and ensure complete/thorough training of all staff
  • Follow the HOB Service Standards per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Housekeeping - conduct walk through
  • Maintain OSHA workplace
  • Maintain operational supplies
  • Maintain reservations
  • Oversee parties/special events in the room
  • Keep guest feedback log
  • Cost control on labor, F&B, Liquor
  • Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
  • 3 -5 years high volume experience with a VIP club or upscale hospitality establishment
  • Ability to work late hours
  • Knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
