ComForCare Henderson is a locally owned business looking to make a difference in our clients’ lives. We are the HIGHEST CLIENT RATED home care agency in the Las Vegas valley. 
We are looking for hard-working, reliable, honest, and above all COMPASSIONATE people to join our team as non-medical, Personal Care Attendants.  Client primarily live in Henderson, East Las Vegas and Boulder City
Hiring preferences to those with open availability and those able to work overnight and weekends

We have flexible shifts. Our shifts vary depending on our clients’ needs but range from 3 to 12-hour shifts. CNA is preferred but not required

Base Compensation Depending on Experience PLUS:
  • Bi-weekly Quality Performance Bonus
  • Weekend differential pay

  • Gas Appreciation Bonus
  • Cash Bonuses for Referring New Clients and/or Caregivers
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Providing assistance to clients with their ADL's (dressing, bathing, eating, ambulating, toileting)
  • Medication reminders
  • Assistance with transfers, safe use of equipment and assistive devices
  • Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding
  • Shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments
  • Laundry and light housekeeping
  • Companionship to Make A Difference in the clients lives
What You Need:
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Reliable Transportation (car), Insurance and a clean 3-year driving record
  • Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Negative TB test in the last year
  • Cleared Physical in the last year
  • CPR/First Aid/AED card
Job Types: Part-time (may work some Full-time hours depending on the client load)

Hours per week:
  • varies but many times caregivers have received more than 40 hours a week if they have open availability and a desire to work
Pay Frequency:
