Pay:

The pay is $15.50 to $16.25 an hour.

Shift 1-Weekday Shift

Monday through Thursday

2pm to 10pm

Job Description:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Monitor behavior and daily activities
  • Administration of medication
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Assistance with activities of daily living

  • Transportation to appointments and errands

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be 18 years or older mature individuals
  • Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card
  • Valid AZ Drivers License
  • ID, Social Security Card, and/or Birth Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience in group homes are a plus but not required
  • High School Diploma

Requirements:

  • Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint clearance card (required)
  • CPR /First Aid Certification (required)
  • Article 9 (required)
  • Prevention and Support (required)
  • At least 1 year Caregiver experience (required)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License and 39 month drivers record (required)
  • Must have all certifications to work in the home
