Live-In Caregiver - $250/Day | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Location: West Concord, MN
Pay: $250/day | 16 Hours On / 8 Hours Sleep

Looking for a caregiving schedule that gives you more time for yourself?
Freedom Home Care is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide one-on-one care and companionship to a client in their home.
This position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, allowing you to earn $1,750 during your scheduled week and then enjoy a full 7 days off before returning for your next assignment.
Your Schedule
7 DAYS ON → 7 DAYS OFF
During your 7-day assignment:
  • $250/day
  • 16 hours of care/availability
  • 8 hours designated sleep time
  • Live in the client's home during your scheduled week
  • Monday-Monday rotation, 11:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Full week off between assignments
  • Consistent and predictable schedule
What You'll Do
As a Live-In Caregiver, you'll become an important and trusted part of your client's daily life. You'll provide compassionate support while helping your client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Preparing meals and providing light housekeeping
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting with errands and appointments as needed
  • Following the client's individualized care plan
  • Completing required documentation and communicating client updates
  • Providing reliable, patient, and compassionate care
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving experience required
  • Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with ADLs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
  • Ability to complete required TB testing and training
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Dependable and able to commit to the full 7-day rotation
