Job Summary:

Members of Golf Maintenance Team are responsible for maintaining the landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance systems for the Golf Course. Work in conjunction with other Maintenance teammates, as well as the Golf Guest Services Team to ensure all staff is aware of changes in the weather, maintenance issues, or incidents on the course. Enjoy perks such as Golf employee course discounts, retail, lodging, and restaurant discounts, career development and leadership classes, a Free Epic Pass, and more!

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs more skilled tasks required for daily maintenance and upkeep of golf course grounds.
  • Mows greens, tees, fairways and roughs, bunkers and waterways, laying sod and plugging/seeding greens; responsible for rolling and verticutting.
  • Assists in the maintenance of the irrigation system and the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
  • Performs skilled project work as needed and operates specialized equipment including tractors and topdressing equipment.
  • Exercises sound judgement in evaluating systems, informing supervisor of potential problems and taking corrective action when deemed necessary.
  • Works in a safe manner at all times, and maintains a safe work environment for everyone.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Adhere to golf course professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work outdoors in variable conditions.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Valid Driver’s License - required.
  • At least 3 years Golf Course Maintenance experience – required. 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
