Manufacturing Repair Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Repair Supervisor (2nd Shift) with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a single department and/or shift
  • Performs moderately complex troubleshooting.
  • Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
  • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform moderately complex checkouts.
  • Rebuilds manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform equipment modifications.
  • Assist Quality and Training Tech in developing and enhancing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales
  • Must be able to read and understand technical training material, comprehend test procedures and perform correlations between test results and failures.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.
  • Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent
