Description:

The Surface Finishing Sales Representative drives revenue by selling the company’s products and services to new and existing clients. This role covers Seattle and Western Washington, focusing on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new sales opportunities/leads.
  • Plan and schedule meetings with prospective and existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand their product or service requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features/benefits tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, relationship management, and timely resolution of post-sale issues.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with current and past clients, providing updates on new products, services, and enhancements.
  • Track and document sales activities—including calls, orders, wins/losses, and relationship challenges—using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
