KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Management Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is onsite in Newport, Rhode Island.
Established in July 2013, KAIROS, Inc. is a growing Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in Life Cycle Program Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Logistics and Sustainment, Enterprise Platforms and AI, and Additive Manufacturing services focused on optimizing customers’ program performance and mission through proven methodologies and ethical practices. This position will collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.
Primary Duties:
  • Tailor standard tools to best support specific project reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem-solving, and rebalance requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Provide budget execution support, financial documentation, and monitoring. 
  • Translating technical requirements into acquisition documentation within prescribed formats and standards considering systems requirements and constraints.
  • Status reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem-solving, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
  • In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
  • Submit written and oral presentations regarding findings
  • Implement proposed suggestions

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
  • 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Compensation:
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
