Live-in funeral home employees often face unique challenges such as maintaining a respectful and professional presence while living onsite, being available for after-hours needs, and ensuring privacy and boundaries between personal and professional life. These competencies are crucial for ensuring respectful care of the deceased, smooth operations, and sensitive service to clients during difficult times.

What is a live in funeral home employee?

Their responsibilities typically include being available for after-hours calls, assisting with removals, and providing support during funerals and visitations.
