About you...

Passionate about food and a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience as an Executive Chef.

Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Creative, driven and passionate, with a positive mindset

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Experience in fine dining and NYC dining scene

Charismatic and natural leader - hands on and influential
