Ozark Traffic Management is seeking hardworking and dependable Laborers to support our growing fiber, electrical, and utility installation projects. This position plays a key role in assisting drill operators, plow operators, and equipment crews in the field.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist drill and plow operators with underground utility installation
  • Support fiber optic, electrical, and underground construction projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Hand-dig, trench, and prepare job sites as needed
  • Set up and maintain safe work zones
  • Operate hand tools and small equipment
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites
  • Follow all company and DOT safety procedures
  • Travel to various job sites as required

Experience Preferred (Not Required)

  • Fiber installation experience
  • Electrical work experience
  • Underground utility construction experience
  • Experience working around drill rigs, vibratory plows, or excavation equipment
