This role involves overseeing the team of fiber splicers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor fiber splicing technicians and subcontractors.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Project Oversight:

  • Plan and coordinate fiber splicing activities for installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges.

Technical Oversight:
