If you're ready to break free from the constraints of a traditional desk job, ALLO Fiber has the perfect opportunity for you to join our Residential Sales Team doing Door-to-Door sales!
Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission allowing unlimited income potential.
Please Note: This is an ongoing recruitment posting for Sales Representatives. We hire for training classes regularly and review applications on an ongoing basis. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hitting the Streets: You'll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attending local events, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.

  • Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.

  • Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.

  • Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!

  • Following Up: Ensure customers have had a hassle-free process and that we have provided exceptional service.

  • Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you'll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you've learned while working in the field.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of previous sales experience

  • Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required

  • Experience in residential door to door sales preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This is a door to door position so will include in office and field time throughout multiple markets.

  • Travel outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods

  • Move on foot up to 10 miles per day

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Ability to work outdoors

  • Possess/maintain a valid driver's license

  • 50% travel requirement
