We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to assist a female client who is showing early signs of dementia and is considered a fall risk.
Client Needs Include:
  • Medication Oversight: Ensure the individual takes their prescribed morning medication as scheduled, following all agency guidelines for medication assistance.
  • Fall-Risk Support: Provide hands-on assistance when the individual is standing up, transferring, or moving around, with careful attention to fall-prevention practices
  • Assistance with adult briefs and personal care
  • Companionship and redirection as needed for memory support
  • Grocery shopping
  • Meal prep and Planning
The client lives at home with his wife, who has her own personal assistant. This position is focused solely on providing care and support to the male client.
