Job description

Primary Purpose

Responsible for hanging live birds in a proficient manner and meeting all Company standards/expectations. Must remove any remaining feathers from the bird.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Inspect each bird for proper feather removal and overall quality and health purposes.
  2. Abide by all animal welfare protocols and safety regulations within the ethical confines of the Company.
  3. Keep the workspace clean throughout the shift and ensure proper clean up after the shift.
  4. Report any situations violating safety codes and regulations.
  5. Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
