Title: IVD Total Solution Marketing Specialist (Laboratory Automation & Workflow Solutions) - Southeast EU

IVD Total Solution Marketing Specialist (Laboratory Automation & Workflow Solutions)

Shape the Future of Laboratory Automation Across Southeast Europe

Are you passionate about transforming laboratory workflows through innovation, automation, and advanced diagnostic solutions?

Mindray is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven IVD Total Solution Marketing Specialist to help accelerate the adoption of our cutting-edge laboratory automation and integrated diagnostic solutions across Southeast Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation, partnering with leading hospitals, diagnostic centres, and laboratory networks to design smarter, more efficient laboratory environments that improve productivity, performance, and patient outcomes.

If you enjoy combining scientific expertise, strategic thinking, customer engagement, and business development, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Based on the business requirements, you can be located anywhere within the Southeast Europe region.

What You'll Be Doing

As our IVD Total Solution Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing Mindray's laboratory automation business and supporting major healthcare organisations as they modernise their diagnostic operations.

You’ll be:

  • Driving growth opportunities within our existing laboratory automation customer base
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities across hospitals, private laboratory groups, and reference laboratories
  • Partnering with customers to optimise workflows and improve laboratory efficiency
  • Supporting major automation projects from concept through implementation
  • Working alongside sales, service, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Leading presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and value-based solution discussions
  • Providing strategic market insights and competitive intelligence to support regional growth plans
  • Promoting innovative Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) and integrated laboratory solutions across the region
Why This Role Is Exciting

This is far more than a traditional marketing position.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Influence large-scale laboratory transformation projects
  • Work with some of the most advanced automation technologies in the diagnostics industry
  • Collaborate with international teams across Europe and beyond
  • Engage with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and major healthcare institutions
  • Play a visible role in expanding Mindray's market presence across Southeast Europe
  • Help shape the future of laboratory automation and diagnostics
What We're Looking For

We’re interested in talented professionals who bring a combination of industry expertise, commercial awareness, and customer focus.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Diagnostics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience within the IVD medical devices industry
  • Experience with laboratory automation, workflow solutions, or large laboratory projects
  • Strong knowledge of hospital and laboratory environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to build relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • A strategic and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in the country you have applied for without the requirement of company sponsorship

Additional Southeast European language skills would be highly advantageous.

What We Offer

At Mindray, you’ll join a global healthcare technology company committed to innovation, growth, and improving patient care worldwide.

You’ll benefit from:

  • A highly visible regional role with significant impact
  • Exposure to industry-leading laboratory automation solutions
  • International collaboration and career development opportunities
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment
  • The chance to contribute to healthcare transformation across Southeast Europe
Ready to Make an Impact?

Join us and help laboratories across Southeast Europe unlock new levels of efficiency, automation, and clinical excellence.
