We are looking for an experienced Listing Manager who can own the listing process from signed agreement through going live on the market while delivering white-glove service to clients.

This isn't an administrative assistant position.

This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring every listing launches flawlessly, every client feels cared for, and every agent can focus on selling while you manage the operational details behind the scenes.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:What You'll Do

You'll own every step of the listing process, including:

  • Coordinate all listing paperwork and contracts

  • Schedule photographers, videographers, stagers, inspectors, and vendors

  • Ensure every listing launches on time

  • Communicate with sellers throughout the listing process

  • Manage timelines and deadlines

  • Coordinate MLS entry and listing compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Problem solve when unexpected issues arise

  • Work directly with agents, clients, and vendors

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
