We're looking for an Employee Experience Partner who will own the employee journey—from the first conversation with a candidate through onboarding, engagement, development, and retention. This is not an administrative HR role. It is a highly visible position responsible for recruiting exceptional people, creating unforgettable onboarding experiences, strengthening culture, and reducing turnover.

What You'll DoRecruiting & Hiring
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Build talent pipelines through referrals, networking, schools, career fairs, and community partnerships.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and efficient hiring practices.
  • Partner with leaders on interviewing, hiring decisions, and workforce planning.

Onboarding & New Hire Success
  • Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the employee's first 90 days.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, employment paperwork, background checks, orientation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure every new hire has the tools, technology, equipment, and resources needed before Day One.
  • Deliver engaging orientation that connects employees to Aviva's mission, culture, and expectations.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop onboarding and training plans.
  • Conduct Day 1, Week 1, 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins.
  • Track onboarding completion, certifications, and required training.
  • Continuously improve onboarding using employee feedback and retention metrics.

  • Lead employee recognition, appreciation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with leaders to improve morale, engagement, and team performance.

HR Partnership
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Support employee relations, benefits administration, policy guidance, and HR documentation.

  • Monitor recruiting, retention, onboarding, and engagement metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Senior Living.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms preferred.
