Stay Coordinator (Dog Boarding Attendant) 

Are you passionate about dogs and creating fun, safe, and enriching environments? Do you want to turn your love for pets into a fulfilling career? We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Stay Coordinators to join our dog boarding team. 

We're reimagining pet care by delivering exceptional experiences for pets and their families through daycare, boarding, grooming, and veterinary services. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time opportunities, we have a place for you!

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Utilizing low-stress handling techniques to care for dogs. 
  • Performing daily cleaning of kennels, cages, and public areas following disease control protocols. 
  • Bathing dogs and assisting with grooming needs. 
  • Communicating with clients to build trust and lasting relationships. 
  • Documenting updates and keeping the Center Director informed of dog behavior, health, and concerns. 
  • Stocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring the environment is tidy and organized. 

 What We're Looking For: 

  • A love for animals, particularly dogs, and a passion for their well-being. 
  • Knowledge of basic animal behavior and group dynamics. 
  • Strength and stamina to interact with active dogs of all sizes. 
  • A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • The ability to multitask and follow directions with or without supervision. 
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 
  • Previous experience in dog boarding, or customer service (preferred but not required).
