Job description

Who We Are:

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO) is a premium sports and entertainment company. TKO owns iconic properties including UFC, the world's premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world's premier bull riding organization. Together, these properties reach 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories and organize more than 500 live events year-round, attracting more than three million fans. TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.

We are looking for a Video Editor with strong creative instincts, a refined editorial voice, and deep technical expertise-especially in Avid and Interplay-based workflows. You'll work across a wide range of short-form content, from behind-the-scenes doc style promotions and hype reels to branded storytelling and original shoots.

If you love film, television, and music-and bring that sensibility into your work-you'll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft short-form video content for WWE's digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
  • Edit in Avid Media Composer within Interplay environments, adhering to established project workflows.
  • Bring a bespoke, intentional style to each edit-tailoring tone, pacing, and sound design to the story being told.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and graphic artists from concept through delivery.
  • Work with music supervisors and creative leads to source and sync stock music libraries that enhances emotional resonance.
  • Maintain high standards for visual storytelling, sound, and finish quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying creatively inspired.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional editing, or AE experience in TV, film, or digital media.
  • Proficient in Avid Media Composer and comfortable in Interplay environments.
  • Strong editorial sensibility with a track record of distinct, stylistic work-must provide a demo reel or portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, and file-based media.
  • A love of music and its role in storytelling; skilled at pairing visuals and sound for maximum impact.
  • Comfortable taking feedback and working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Passion for editing is essential-experience in sports is not required.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in documentary, narrative television, or music-driven content.
  • Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics is a plus (but not required).
  • Fan of WWE or open to learning about the brand's storytelling ethos.

Please attach a portfolio or work samples with your application.
