Job description

Lead Direct Support Professional (Contractor)

Employment Type: Temporary Contractor

FEHE Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Direct Support Professional for a temporary assignment supporting the Community Residential Alternative Program Coordinator. This role will assist with daily residential operations and help ensure individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive safe consistent and person centered services.

The Lead DSP will provide shift leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professionals assist with staff scheduling and coverage needs review service documentation for accuracy and timeliness and provide direct care as needed. The contractor will also help staff implement Individual Service Plans healthcare plans behavior support plans and other approved protocols.

Additional responsibilities include supporting DSP orientation and coaching monitoring service delivery identifying and reporting health safety staffing or documentation concerns responding appropriately to emergencies and maintaining professional communication with individuals families guardians staff and healthcare providers.

Qualified candidates should have experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities strong communication and organizational skills and prior experience as a Lead DSP Residential Lead House Manager or similar role. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality use electronic documentation systems work independently and provide flexible availability including nights weekends holidays or on call support as needed.

This temporary position supports the CRA Program Coordinator and does not assume final authority for hiring disciplinary action program administration or service plan approval.
