Are you looking for a relaxed, go with the flow job? We are currently looking for both FT/PT staff to work in our Community Residential Facilities assisting our clients with day to day tasks. This includes playing games, cooking with our clients, watching TV, going on fun community outings, etc. We also have overnights available where you can sleep at the facility and get paid at the same time.

Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO) is a Minnesota based organization that provides responsive and respectful services and supports for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses and/or co-occurring physical disabilities. ILO is looking to hire Part-Time and Full-Time Direct Support Professionals for our Corporate Adult Foster Care programs in Ramsey (White Bear Lake, Saint Paul, Roseville, East Saint Paul) and Anoka (Fridley, Coon Rapids, New Brighton, Columbia Heights) Counties.

The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional (DSP), is to provide aid and care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to: ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, medication administration, assisting with hygiene management and other tasks of daily living, household management (completing cooking, cleaning, and laundry tasks), documentation of daily activities, communication regarding concerns of the clients and site, and community/social integration. Shifts available can include hours during the days, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
