At NES, we assist and support individualswith various skills, goals, and activities of daily living. These includehygienetasks, skills development, community activities and personal interactions, among other opportunities. Employees are required to ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times, model appropriate behavior, follow client-specific behavior plans and supports, promote positive outcomes,provide supervision, complete all assigned program documentation accurately and punctually, and have a good judgement with the ability to handle crisis/emergency situations.


We are looking for people with positive attitudes who arewilling to help others. Employees of North Eastern Services are mentors, teachers, and most importantly, friends.


Qualifications


  • Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and drug test
  • Must provide a valid ID or Driver's License and Social Security card for background check
  • 18years of age or older
  • Able and willing to lift over 50 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule including at least oneweekend shift
