Full-Time schedule: This position will work 4 10-hour shifts: Monday - Thursday 6:40am - 5:10pm.

Part Time schedule:  This position will work 2 10-hour shifts: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:40am - 5:10pm.

As a Dental Assistant here, you're more than chairside support-you're a key part of a team-driven, prevention-focused care model. You'll work alongside providers who value quality, collaboration, and patient relationships over speed and volume. Our office offers basic and general dentistry

Why you'll love it here

  • Unrushed care: Build meaningful relationships with patients, not just complete procedures
  • Quality over volume: No double-booking, no production goals-just great care
  • Team-first environment: Seamless collaboration with providers and care teams. Enjoy working in a team model where you're typically working with 1 dentist
  • Quality-focused care: Be part of a model centered on prevention and patient outcomes
  • Meaningful patient interactions: Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience

You'll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, high-quality patient experience-from the moment a patient arrives to the completion of their visit.
In this role, you will:

  • Support dentists during procedures with efficient, high-quality chairside assistance
  • Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
  • Ensure operatories and instruments are prepared, sterile, and ready for care
  • Keep the day running smoothly through strong teamwork and communication

What your day looks like

  • 60-minute hygiene appointments designed for quality and patient education
  • A well-supported clinical environment with strong teamwork
  • Time to focus on patient care-not production metrics or rushed schedules
  • Assisting with a variety of dental procedures chairside
  • Taking diagnostic-quality radiographs
  • Performing sterilization and infection control procedures
  • Supporting lab work and maintaining stocked, organized treatment areas
  • Documenting care accurately in the dental EMR
  • Jumping in where needed-because great teams support each other

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma, GED or
  • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent hands-on experience in leu of education
  • Two (2) years experience as a chairside Dental Assistant if no course completion
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

Nice to have (not required):

  • Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA)
  • Experience with Dentrix and/or Dexis imaging
  • Oral surgery experience
  • Bilingual skills
