Job description

Dental CAM Sales to DDS and Dental Labs. You must live in Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Milwaukee to apply.

POSITION SUMMARY: Outside Sales of digital dentistry and Milling Machines to Dentists and Dental labs .Also Trains and supports resellers in the sale, service and use of products and software; trains end-users in the use the products, provides technical advice to customers (pre-sale) Base salary $85K plus quarterly Bonus of $2500 and car allow $500/mo .Plus benefits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: Outside sales calling on DDS and Dental Labs.

1. Work directly with our end-users and resellers’ staff providing in-depth training to introduce dental professionals/resellers to the field of CAM technology for our CNC milling and grinding machines as well as our software (DentalCAM & DentalCNC); such trainings are provided both on-site as well as by means of on-demand virtual sessions and online webinars.

2. Train end-users in operating products through online or on-site courses after installation of the product

3. Support resellers in the pre- and post-sale process, such as –

a. Provide training for reseller sales staff on products and positioning

b. Answer sales questions on products

c. Support with pricing and preparing quotes

d. Tag calls with sales representatives and end-users

e. Conduct web walks and demos on products with resellers’ clients

f. Co-travel and sales event support

g. Qualify sales leads and distribute them to resellers.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM software and hardware issues.

5. Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-control software (e.g. TeamViewer)

6. Occasionally provide repair and maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site.

REQUIRED TRAVEL: About 50%

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: Director of Sales & Marketing

LOCATION: Remote must live in Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Milwaukee

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset.

Very good presentation skills across various formats, such as in-person presentation, videoconferences, recorded webinars

Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.

Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team.

Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience

2. Pior sales support experience

3. Dental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. as Certified Dental Technician)

4. Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

3. Driver’s License

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
