Job Description

We’re a fast-growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC systems. Our team is built on passion, respect, integrity, a service attitude, and the pursuit of education. We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work from rough-in to startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and braze copper refrigerant linesets with precision and leak-free integrity
  • Wire and terminate low voltage control systems (thermostats, sensors, controllers)
  • Perform equipment startups for VRF systems, rooftop units, and split systems
  • Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to meet installation timelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and startup procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
  • Proficiency in copper brazing and pressure testing
  • Solid understanding of low voltage wiring and HVAC control systems
  • Experience with equipment startups and commissioning procedures
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
