Job description

Chromalloy is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines that produce precision aerospace components. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and meeting tight tolerances. You'll be responsible for machine setup, part inspection, and day-to-day production activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Work That Matters:At Chromalloy Carson City, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. What you do here has real-world impact, helping keep aircraft flying safely every day.Shift InformationShift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
(Days and hours may fluctuate based on business needs, which may include weekends.)
Shift Differential: $2-$4 per hour, depending on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runs
