The Opportunity

The Department of Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, in partnership with OU Health, is seeking an outstanding Vascular Surgeon at the Associate Professor or Professor level to join our expanding Division of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence

Provide expert patient care at OU Health through a balanced mix of:

  • Inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery care

You will practice in an environment equipped with robust resources, multidisciplinary collaboration, and leadership support to elevate vascular services across the region.

Education & Academic Leadership

As a senior faculty member, you will play an integral role in:

  • Teaching and mentoring medical students and residents

  • Faculty development initiatives

  • Driving academic excellence with opportunities for promotion, leadership, and scholarship

You will be a visible leader and mentor within the College of Medicine.


Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • MD/DO or equivalent

  • Board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery

  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, teaching, teamwork, and communication

  • Commitment to diversity, mentorship, and academic excellence

  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a rapidly growing program in one of the nations most dynamic markets
