Job description

Seeking a working foreman/site supervisor to oversee multiple renovations of commercial plazas while also providing hands on assistance. Must have 5+ years of experience in the construction management field including an above average understanding and working experience in:

  • scheduling
  • communication
  • carpentry
  • electrical
  • plumbing
  • management systems and communication

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct daily operations and manage project timelines
  • Creation and execution of the scope of work
  • Managing material and labor costs
  • Ordering/tracking of all trades
  • Maintain relationships with all sub-contractors/vendors/ trades
  • Price/cost negotiations and budget analysis
  • Oversee general contractors, vendors and subs
  • Ability to make repairs; necessary knowledge of general maintenance
  • Computer ability to review vendor accounts and approve for accuracy
  • Review billing from vendors, charge cards. Approve after review and send to owner
  • Weekly review with owner regarding the status of renovation projects
  • Must be familiar with permits and permitting processes
  • Salary: $80,000 to start with immediate bonuses as soon as results are shown in the areas of work. This job could easily grow to $90,000/$100,000. The definition of results will be clearly defined at the start of the position.
  • Must have reliable daily transportation
