Client Details Michael Page is hiring for a lead superintendent role in the multifamily construction industry, based in Denver. Description Supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Denver. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with set goals. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work adheres to building codes and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and address any issues promptly. Communicate progress updates and potential challenges to stakeholders effectively. Manage material deliveries and inventory on-site. Resolve on-site conflicts and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track.
