Maintenance TechnicianMaybelle Center is seeking an Environmental Services - Maintenance Technician to join the Environmental Services Team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and equipment. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, addressing emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and building codes. The technician will collaborate with staff and residents to maintain a secure, comfortable, and well-maintained living or working environment. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer-service mindset are essential for success in this position.
