We are currently seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clinton, NJ. Job Details Salary: $15 to $17 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Clinton, NJ 07940 Position Overview As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will perform various duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of our dealership facilities. This role requires a combination of custodial, landscaping, and handyman skills to support daily operations and special projects. Primary Responsibilities Perform interior cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. Maintain floors, stairways, windows, walls, furniture, carpeting, and appliances. Conduct exterior tasks such as landscaping, grounds maintenance, litter collection, and snow removal using appropriate equipment. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and requisition as needed. Care for and maintain cleaning equipment, including changing filters and belts. Support project cleaning tasks such as wood care, floor stripping and waxing, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and deep cleaning tile and grout. Perform routine custodial tasks including equipment servicing, hardware installation, basic repairs to furniture and property, paint touch-ups, and drywall repair. Drive company fleet vehicles as required. Adjust cleaning routines and schedules based on facility needs and special events. Complete other assignments as directed by management.
