Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to help grow and strengthen our presence across the country.
What You Will Do...
The Territory Manager - Crawlspace Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, & Foundation Repair will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and customers across the territory. This role combines sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on achieving revenue goals and promoting our trusted solutions for residential and commercial applications.
  • South Regional coverage to include; TN, AL & LA
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the waterproofing, encapsulation, and foundation repair markets.
  • Provide ongoing support, consultation, and technical expertise to accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and success

Requirements
  • Understanding of residential and commercial building practices; knowledge of waterproofing, crawlspace, or foundation repair solutions.
  • Industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in territory sales, account management, or business development within construction or building materials is plus.
  • Willingness to travel overnight regularly (2-3 nights weekly) within assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are necessary.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
