RIGHT AT HOME, an award winning and exceptionally busy in-home care agency is looking for caregivers to join our fantastic team. RIGHT AT HOME Lower Bucks County and NE Philadelphia is an award winning home care agency and has been recognized as a leading service provider by Caring.com and Home Care Pulse.

JOB DETAILS:

Pay Range $165-180 per day

Shifts: LIVE IN (in client's home)

Location: Langhorne, PA and surrounding areas

What we need from you:

  • State ID

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate required

  • Minimum 1 year of home care experience

  • Ability to provide 2 Caregiving references.

  • Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderly

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

  • Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job

  • Recent PPD Test- 2 step PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest Xray Preferred

Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver for Elderly

  • Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person.

  • Responsibilities may include light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and running errands, companionship, and assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

  • Primarily work in the client's place of residence.

  • Travel to client's residence is required.

  • Shift times, days and activities vary with client needs.

  • Be willing to work with Hospice patients

  • Alzheimer's and Dementia Experience a plus
