This position focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and caring home environment.Key Responsibilities• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean-living space.• Prepare and assist with meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.• Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement throughout their homes.• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities (as assigned).• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.• Follow care plans, schedules, and agency policies to ensure consistent and reliable service.QualificationsMinimum age of 18 years.
