What You'll Do
As Assistant Residence Manager, you'll partner with the Residence Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the residence while supporting both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily residential operations to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home
Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality care and services
Help coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage
Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of residents
Encourage community participation and meaningful recreational activities
Uphold person-centered practices and the agency's commitment to individualized support
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and communication logs
Assist with household maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record
