Pediatric Pulmonologist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Monday to Friday, Daytime, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care Services
- Deliver patient care services within the scope of clinical privileges, including but not limited to:
- Direct patient care for both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Subspecialty consultations and follow-up care
- Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Urgent and emergent care services as required
- Aim to provide exceptional patient and family-centered care
- Contribute to the hospital's patient satisfaction objectives and specific division targets
- Adhere to divisional standards for patient safety and quality of care
- Utilize contemporary evidence-based medicine or the latest experiential practices
Divisional Responsibilities
- Work towards achieving annual goals and objectives for physicians (individual, division, hospital)
- Support the medical education initiatives within the division, including:
- Supervising trainees and allied health professionals in delivering inpatient and outpatient services when applicable
- Conducting teaching rounds, lectures, and conferences for trainees
- Participating in the education and supervision of trainees and allied health professionals assigned to the division
- Engaging in postgraduate continuing education activities for the division
- Assist with the division's research projects and initiatives led by other team members
- Promote the programmatic growth of the division
- Support satellite initiatives of the division when appropriate
