Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate inmates' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and immediate treatment needs.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, addressing diverse issues such as substance abuse, trauma, anger management, and planning for reentry into society.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups focusing on relevant topics like relapse prevention strategies, anger management techniques, and essential life skills for successful reintegration.
