Role Purpose
The Cabin Cleaning Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cabin cleaning operations to ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to airline standards, safety regulations, and operational timelines. This role supervises cabin cleaning staff, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures compliance with company policies and airport procedures.
What you will be doing
  • Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft cabin cleaning operations

  • Assign work duties and monitor employee performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met

  • Ensure aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, seat areas, and crew compartments are cleaned and sanitized properly

  • Conduct inspections of completed aircraft cleaning to ensure compliance with airline and company standards

  • Train, coach, and mentor cabin cleaning employees on safety procedures, cleaning standards, and operational expectations

  • Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed

  • Ensure employees follow all safety procedures, security regulations, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Respond to operational changes, flight delays, and quick-turn aircraft requirements efficiently

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and report maintenance issues promptly

  • Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance matters professionally

  • Coordinate with airline representatives, airport operations teams, and management to support operational goals

  • Complete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely

  • Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • One (1) year of aircraft cabin cleaning, janitorial, airline, or airport operations experience

  • Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Airline or Airport Operations leadership experience

  • Airport ramp and aircraft cabin environment

  • Exposure to noise, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions

  • Fast-paced operational setting with strict turnaround deadlines

  • Requires standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting throughout shift

  • Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequently

  • Ability to work inside aircraft cabins and confined spaces safely

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug test

  • DMV check may be required

  • Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English

  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge

  • Must be able to verbally direct in English

  • Must have good hearing and vision

  • May be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays
