To thrive as a Live In Aide, you need basic caregiving skills, knowledge of personal hygiene assistance, and often a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification is also commonly required. Familiarity with mobility aids, medication reminders, and basic household management systems is beneficial.
